Guest Reviews

July 2025

"My clients spent more than two weeks on board M/Y Sui Generis and were extremely pleased with both the yacht and the crew. They had a wonderful holiday and came away with a very positive impression of the entire experience. A special mention must go to Captain Jon, who was highly praised by my clients. They described him as an excellent leader: professional, attentive, client-oriented and very approachable. He managed the crew exceptionally well and ensured that the charter ran smoothly while always remaining focused on the guests’ needs and comfort. His professionalism and ability to create a relaxed yet well-organized atmosphere made a real difference to their experience. The interior service was also of a very high standard. The chef was well organized, professional and attentive to the clients’ preferences, while the stewardesses were efficient, very responsive and consistently quick to attend to requests. The overall service was seamless and discreet, while still being warm and welcoming. Importantly, my clients are very experienced charter guests with high expectations and are not always the easiest clients to please. Their feedback on Sui Generis and the crew was therefore particularly meaningful. They genuinely enjoyed their time on board and felt very well looked after throughout their stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sui Generis for future charters. The combination of a beautiful yacht, a strong and professional crew, and excellent service makes her a very compelling charter choice. I would not be surprised if my clients chose to return to Sui Generis for a future charter."
